Recurring cleaning: weekly, several times per week, every two weeks, or according to an agreed schedule.
One-off cleaning: individual cleaning services without a recurring contract.
Specialized cleaning: including window cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-tenancy (EOT) cleaning.
Flexible planning and scheduling: cleaning services can be organized according to your business needs and operating hours.
Replacement management: if your regular cleaning agent is unavailable, our team organizes a replacement whenever possible.
Customer support and quality follow-up: our B2B team supports you throughout the contract and follows up on service quality.
Cleaning product solutions: cleaning materials and products can be provided as part of the service.
Cleaning services can be scheduled Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Recurring vs. one-off services
Depending on what you need, Batmaid for Business covers two kinds of services:
Recurring cleaning: a regular contract (daily, weekly, or on another agreed schedule) for ongoing maintenance of your space.
One-shot services: tailor-made, one-time interventions such as deep cleaning, window cleaning, event cleaning, or end-of-tenancy cleaning, billed separately and without a long-term commitment. See our article on move-out, end-of-tenancy, and deep cleaning for details on that service specifically.
How a recurring contract works
Once you've shared your cleaning requirements, your request is matched to a contract type based on the number of cleaning hours needed per week:
Small Business Account (2–4 hours/week): a quotation and contract are prepared directly from your stated requirements.
Medium Business Account (4–8 hours/week): requires a phone qualification call before the quotation and contract are prepared.
Key Account (more than 8 hours/week): requires a phone qualification and a mandatory on-site visit before the quotation and contract are finalized, along with any specific service-level requirements.
In every case, you'll receive a quotation, contract, and our terms and conditions to review and sign. Recurring contracts run for a minimum of one year, renewing automatically each year, with three months' notice required to cancel.

We also handle one-off requests, such as a single deep clean or event cleaning, without a long-term contract.
Do you support Airbnb cleanings?
We don't currently have a dedicated, documented Airbnb or short-term-rental turnover cleaning service.
