How do I update my availability, and can I change the days or times I can work?
No, you can't change the days or time slots you're available to work by updating your availability settings in the Batmaid Heroes app yourself. Your availability is part of your contractual obligation and - aside from exception - you should accept all jobs that fall within the time you are available.
Our Batmaid operations team is however always available should you want or need to discuss your availability.
When should I inform Batmaid?
Inform the Batmaid operations team as soon as your availability changes, at least 28 days before your expected change, so that upcoming assignments can be adjusted before they are confirmed with a client.
