Signing Your Onboarding Documents

Learn how to sign your Batmaid contract and onboarding documents electronically and troubleshoot signing-link issues.

Written by Stephane Journot

Once you're moving forward with Batmaid, the last step before joining is putting pen to paper, or rather, finger to screen. Your contract and onboarding paperwork are all signed electronically, and it only takes a couple of minutes. Here's how it works, and what to do if something doesn't go smoothly.

How signing works

Your contract and onboarding documents are sent to you electronically through a signing platform (e.g. PandaDoc). You'll receive a link by email or message; simply open it and follow the steps to sign.

If the signing platform doesn't work

If the signing platform (e.g. PandaDoc) doesn't work, try a different browser or device and check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact your recruiter or HR for a new signing link.

If you can't open the signing link

If you can't open the signing link, try copying it into a different browser, and check that it hasn't expired. If it still doesn't work, contact your recruiter or HR to have it resent.
