Applying to become a Batmaid agent is just the first step of the journey, and it's completely normal to wonder what happens next. Here's what to expect after you apply and after your interview, so you're never left guessing.

First, make sure your application was submitted directly through our careers page. Once it's in, keep an eye on your inbox: you'll receive a confirmation email, and you can follow up on your application at any time simply by replying to it. Our recruitment team will be in touch for a first screening call that will lead to a first interview.

Following your interview, our recruitment team will provide feedback shortly after via email. That update will detail one of three outcomes: an offer to proceed with an invitation to the Academy, a notification that you've been waitlisted, or a notification that we won't be moving forward.

If you're invited to the Academy, here's what comes next: during the Academy, you'll complete the training modules, provide the required documents (such as your criminal record, ID, insurance card, IBAN details, and work permit), and carry out a few practical tests before officially starting as a Batmaid agent. Only after that will you sign your contract.
