Choose your cleaning plan and decide whether you want a one-time cleaning (Once) or a recurring service.
Add any extras you need, such as windows (interior), oven, or fridge cleaning.
Indicate if you have a pet or not. (To ensure that you get a Batmaid Cleaning Agent assigned, with no allergies.)
Pick a date and time from the real-time availability shown.
Make sure that you have the recommended cleaning materials (see below).
Add your address details and payment method to confirm.
Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. You don't need to be home during the cleaning, as long as you've arranged how your Batmaid Cleaning Agent will access your home.
How to choose the right setup for your home?

Every booking has a minimum duration of 2 hours for frequency cleaning (every week, every 2 weeks and every 4 weeks) and 3 hours for Once cleaning (one-off). Batmaid estimates that a Batmaid Cleaning Agent cleans around 30 square metres per hour, so the size of your home and any extras you add (windows, oven, fridge, and similar) will automatically increase the time booked.
