How do I change or cancel holidays?
You can't change already-declared holiday dates, and must contact support/HR to staff@batmaid to check whether your existing holiday dates can be modified.
What if I am away during assigned cleanings?
If you are away during cleanings that were already assigned to you before your absence was registered, notify Agent Ops immediately so a replacement agent can be arranged for the client and the affected jobs reassigned.
