How We Track Your Cleaning Duration

Learn how cleaning time is tracked through clock-in and clock-out and what to do if the charged duration looks incorrect.

Written by Stephane Journot

Wondering exactly how long your agent was at your home, and how that time gets billed? You don't have to take anyone's word for it. Every cleaning is tracked with our clock-in and clock-out feature, so the time you're planning for reflects the time actually worked, no guesswork involved.

Transparent, accurate time tracking

Your agent clocks in the moment they arrive and clocks out when they leave, so our team is always informed of exactly when your cleaning started and finished. This isn't just for your peace of mind: it also strengthens accountability on our side. Any anomaly in start or finish times is automatically flagged and reviewed by our operations team, so most inconsistencies are caught and addressed before they'd ever need to reach you.

If something still looks off

In the rare case the time you were charged for doesn't match what you experienced at home, for example if your agent left noticeably early or stayed longer than booked, our customer support team can review it and adjust the charge if needed. Up to 30 minutes can be removed from the charge if less time was used, while additional time can always be added if more was needed and formally agreed on.

To help us review it quickly, have the following ready when you reach out: your booking date, the booked versus actual duration as you understood it, and any relevant details, such as your agent's departure time.
